I recommend this sophisticated, warm home located in the Kéki-dűló in Balatonfüred to buyers who want to relax and listen to birds chirping.

The house can be approached from a paved road of Kéki-dűlő, it is located in an orderly neighborhood, next to nice houses. The foundations of the house were made in 1980, and the current owner completely renovated the building in 2004.

Upon entering the house, you are greeted by a small entrance hall, then a built-in veranda and a living room with a tiled stove.
